CTRPv2 PharmacoSet

This repository builds an integrated CTRPv2 PharmacoSet from CTRPv2.0 raw dose-response experiments and CTRPv2.1 published AUC and molecular profiles.

  • Data Sources records releases, URLs, expected counts, and reference annotation sources.
  • Development Notes records the curation and identifier decisions represented by the current pipeline.
  • QC Report reports object structure, annotation coverage, molecular feature retention, and response-metric agreement.
